Every Sederica chair comes with a full 2-year written warranty. We make our pieces to last, and this gives you extra peace of mind with your order.

Your 2-Year Warranty

Every chair you buy from Sederica comes with a 2-year warranty. It starts on the day your chair arrives. This warranty is our written promise that your chair is free from faults in the materials and the way it was made.

We build our chairs to last for many years. This warranty gives you confidence when you order, knowing we stand behind what we make.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers faults in the materials and workmanship when you use your chair normally at home. This includes:

  • Faults in the frame, base, or other structural parts
  • Problems with moving parts, such as swivel bases or reclining mechanisms
  • Issues with leather stitching, wood veneers, or foam that come from how the chair was made

If any of these happen during the first 2 years, we will repair or replace your chair at no cost to you.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Like most warranties, some things are not included. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or not caring for the chair properly
  • Normal wear over time, such as small scratches, natural leather patina, or fading from sunlight
  • Repairs or changes made by anyone other than our team
  • Damage from pets, extreme heat, humidity, or harsh cleaning products

How to Make a Claim

Making a warranty claim is simple. Just follow these steps.

Describe the problem. Tell us clearly what is wrong with your chair.

Add photos. Send a few clear photos, or a short video if that shows the problem better.

We review it. We will look at everything quickly and tell you the next steps.

For approved claims:

We arrange a repair or a replacement at no extra cost to you. We also cover the return shipping for warranty claims.

Your Legal Rights

This 2-year warranty is something we give you on top of your legal rights. It does not replace or reduce the rights you have under EU consumer law.

Under EU law, you are protected if a product is faulty or not as described. These rights stay with you no matter what our warranty says. You can read more about this on our Returns and Refunds page.
