Your Rights Under EU Law
When you shop online in the EU, the law protects you. We follow these rules fully. Here is what they mean in simple terms.
- Your chair must match how we described it on our website
- It must be good quality and work the way it should
- If it is faulty or wrong, you can ask for a repair, a new one, or your money back
- You have at least 14 days to change your mind and send it back, even if there is nothing wrong with it
These rights are yours by law. We cannot take them away. If anything is wrong with your order, just email us and we will fix it fast.
Our 14-Day Return Promise
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. You do not need to give us a reason. If you change your mind, that is okay.
To return an item, please make sure:
- The chair is unused and in the same condition you received it
- The original box, packaging, and all parts are included
Who pays for return postage?
If you simply change your mind, you pay to send the item back. We suggest using a tracked service so it does not get lost.
If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, we pay for everything.
Made-to-order or personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty, since they are made just for you.
How to Return Your Order
Returning your order takes just a few simple steps.
We will email you updates at each step, so you always know what is happening.
Your Refund
We send your refund back to the same payment method you used to buy. Most refunds appear within a few days. Some banks can take up to 10 days to show the money in your account.
If your refund seems late, please check your bank account first. Then email us at hello@sederica.com and we will help you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We pack every chair with great care. But if your order arrives damaged, or if it develops a fault, we will make it right.
Please take a few photos and email us at hello@sederica.com as soon as you notice the problem. We will arrange free collection and send you a replacement or a full refund.
